1. Who is the data controller

HaremHub Partners is the team operating the affiliate program for the HaremHub Telegram bot. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights under GDPR you can reach our partner manager through @haremhub_bot. We will respond within 30 days.

2. What data we collect on this Site

The partner landing is a static marketing page. We deliberately collect very little data here:

• Age confirmation. When you confirm you are 18+ we store a strictly necessary cookie (hh_partners_age_verified) so we don’t ask you again.
• Cookie-consent choice. When you accept or reject analytics cookies we store your choice in a strictly necessary cookie (hh_partners_cookie_consent).
• Analytics (only with your consent). If you click “Accept all” we may load Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic to the partner landing. GA4 collects pseudonymous events. We do not pass any direct identifiers to GA.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention. These are deleted automatically after 30 days.

3. What happens when you apply to the affiliate program

Partner applications are processed inside Telegram via @haremhub_bot. When you apply we receive the data you submit (Telegram username, traffic source, vertical, contact details, payout preferences) and any messages you exchange with the partner manager.

This data is used to evaluate your application, onboard you to the dashboard at launch, calculate commissions and pay you out. We retain partner records for as long as the partnership is active and for up to 5 years afterwards to comply with tax, accounting and anti-fraud obligations.

4. Lawful bases for processing

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). For non-essential cookies and analytics on this Site. You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie preferences” in our footer.
• Contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For evaluating your partner application, paying commissions and operating the affiliate program.
• Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). For tax, accounting and anti-fraud record keeping.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For age gating, abuse prevention, and short-lived security logs.

5. Third parties we share data with

• Google (Google Analytics 4). Pseudonymous traffic data, only after you accept analytics cookies on this Site. Data is processed under Google’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Telegram FZ-LLC. Receives data necessary to deliver Bot messages between you and our partner manager, under its own privacy policy.
• Payment providers. When commissions are paid out we share the minimum data required by your chosen payout method (e.g. wallet address, bank details).
• Hosting provider. Stores Site files and short-lived security logs as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement.

6. Retention

• Age cookie (hh_partners_age_verified). 12 months.
• Cookie consent (hh_partners_cookie_consent). 6 months.
• Google Analytics 4 user data. 14 months (GA4 default), then automatically deleted.
• Server security logs. Up to 30 days.
• Partner records (applications, commission history). Active partnership + up to 5 years after termination for tax and accounting compliance.

7. Your rights under GDPR

If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Ask us to erase your data, subject to legal retention obligations.
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority. EU users can find their DPA at edpb.europa.eu/about-edpb/about-edpb/members. UK users can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

8. International transfers

Some of our processors (notably Google) may transfer data outside the EEA. Where this happens we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

9. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS. Partner data is stored on protected infrastructure with access controls and encrypted storage. Access to partner records is limited to the partner-manager team on a need-to-know basis.

10. Age requirement (18+)

HaremHub Partners is for adults only. We require an age confirmation before the Site content is shown and we will not onboard partners under 18. If you believe a minor has interacted with this Site, please contact us through @haremhub_bot.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated to active partners through the dashboard and by Telegram.
